The good news is that dozens of restaurants, cafés, pubs and supermarkets across the UK are helping families out this summer with free or heavily discounted children's meals.

We've rounded up the best national offers for summer 2026. Just remember that promotions can change, so it's always worth checking the restaurant's website before you travel.

Restaurants where kids eat FREE

ASK Italian

Up to two children can eat free when an adult buys a main meal through the ASK Perks app during the summer holidays. App membership is free.

Bella Italia

One child aged 2–11 can enjoy a free three-course meal (starter, main, dessert and drink) with every full-paying adult main. Available Sunday to Thursday.

Bill's

One paying adult can bring up to two children to eat free (breakfast, lunch or dinner), Monday to Friday until 1 September.

BrewDog

Kids eat free during the summer holidays when dining with a paying adult. Dates vary slightly by venue, so check your local restaurant before booking.

Café Rouge

Children eat free every day between 12pm and 4pm with each adult main meal purchased.

Chiquito

Kids eat free all day throughout the school holidays when an adult purchases a main meal.

Coconut Tree

One child aged 10 or under eats free with every paying adult throughout the summer holiday promotion.

Dobbies

Kids eat for just 88p over the summer holidays at Dobbies garden centres.

Dunelm Pausa Café

Children can enjoy a mini meal free when an adult spends £4 or more. This offer is all year round.

Farmhouse Inns

Buy one adult breakfast, carvery or main meal and up to two children can eat free. Children also receive a free scoop of ice cream. Weekdays only.

Frankie & Benny's

One free children's meal is available with every adult main purchased during the school holidays.

Pizza Hut

Kids eat free all day every day with a minimum spend of £9.99.

Purezza

Children under 10 receive a free pizza with every adult meal purchased. This offer runs all year.

TGI Fridays

Join the free Stripes Rewards app and receive one free kids' meal with every full-price adult main until 6 September.

The Real Greek

Children under 12 eat free every Sunday when an adult spends £15 or more.

Village Hotels Pub & Grill

Members of the free Village Rewards scheme can claim one free children's meal with every adult main, Monday to Friday during the school holidays.

Yo Sushi!

Get one free kids bento box with every £10 spent over the summer holidays.

Zizzi

Kids get a free 3 course meal over the summer. You need to bea member of the Zillionaire's Club.

Kids eat for £1 (or less)

Flaming Grill

Kids' meals cost just 88p during the summer holidays with a paying adult. Dessert is included, with the option to upgrade to a larger meal.

Hungry Horse

Children's meal deals are 88p on weekdays during the summer holidays when an adult buys a main meal. The meal includes a main, drink and pudding.

Prezzo

Children up to age 12 can enjoy a two-course meal for £1 during school holidays. You'll need to claim a code through the Prezzo app or QR code on the children's menu.

Sizzling Pubs

Kids eat for £1 with every adult main purchased. This offer currently applies all day every day.

Travelodge

If you're staying away this summer, up to two children under 15 can enjoy breakfast for just £1 each with a paying adult.

Supermarket cafés

Asda Café

One of the best-value offers available all year. Children's meals cost just £1 all day, every day, with no adult spend required. Meals also include a free piece of fruit.

Morrisons Café

Children can enjoy a free meal when an adult buys a main meal costing at least £5. The offer is available every day and is one of the few year-round promotions.

Tesco Café

Tesco has brought back its popular Kids Eat Free offer for the summer holidays. Children aged 16 and under can receive a free meal with any adult purchase when using a Clubcard. For summer 2026, the offer has been extended to weekends as well as weekdays.

Before you set off...

Most restaurants have a few conditions attached to their offers, so it's worth checking:

• Many require you to download a free rewards app first.
• Some offers only run Monday to Friday.
• Others are limited to school holiday dates.
• Most require one paying adult main meal for each free children's meal.
• Participating restaurants can vary by location.
